It all started in LRW B1007 where empty chairs stared into Nashville Hot Chicken Poutine’s soul. It has been almost a whole month since 90% of the first years disappeared on September 21st at 10:30 am. The combo meal, Nashville Hot Chicken Poutine and Rits Crackers, remained determined to solve this horrible kidnapping that has kept them awake at night. Who deprived the first years from the pleasure of “Interdisciplinary Questions of Health”? Investigators have finally solved the cold case of the vanishing first years.
It was an unusually hot September day when the first years did not show up for 1G02. Rits Crackers reported that “attendance expectations were made VERY clear, even if attendance isn’t taken, first years were still expected to show up”. The students would heed to this warning and surely show up?
Enter Wisp, a top investigator, determined to solve this case. As a seasoned veteran in the profession, Wisp knew how to locate the victims immediately. In an elegant move, Wisp meowed, “ArchAEAn”. Just like that, the backdoors of HSC opened and the first years poured in, prepared to give diatribes about the unfairness of the OCAT answer. ArchAEAn had done its job, and Wisp realized that the missing first years were, in fact, not missing. All that was left was to figure out the reason behind the 1G02 attendance.
It is no secret that the first years have an elusive schedule that leaves them no time. The lack of freedom they have is definitely on par with any engineering student. With this in mind, Wisp was able to smell the explanation from a mile away. Wisp deducted that, similar to eng students, BHSc first years were in need of an ego check. The lack of attendance for 1G02 had been a complete hoax! Top investigator, Wisp, hopes that her work serves as a reminder to hop on over to 1G02 where Nashville Hot Chicken Poutine and Rits Crackers are waiting with open arms.
